Official Transcript Request

By filling out the form at this LINK, the office will mail an official copy of your transcript to the college/school that you put on the form.

You can also have an official copy mailed to you at the request LINK above, but please be aware: when the transcript arrives to you, do NOT open the envelope it arrives in, or it will no longer be considered an official copy. You need to give the sealed envelope to the college/school in order for them to accept it as an official transcript.

If a college will accept an emailed copy of your transcript, contact your counselor and they can assist you by emailing the college for you. Please allow 5-10 days for these documents to be send and note that they will be sent by our registrars.

Change of Address

By filling out the form at this LINK, the office will receive the new address you wish to update for the student’s account.

Verification of Enrollment (VOE)

By filling out the form at this LINK, the office will send you a Verification of Enrollment form.

Please allow 5-10 days for these documents to be send and note that they will be sent by our registrars.

**Note: if you need a letter for Social Security or Disability, please contact the student’s registrar for this additional document.

Counselor Letter of Recommendation

By filling out the form at this LINK, your counselor will write you a letter of recommendation.

Note: Please provide 2 or more weeks advance notice to the counselor. Also, The more detail you provide in your answers, the better letter your counselor will be able to write for you.
